The name خطوة khut·waArabic for “a step”

Built in Amman for the step between university and work.

Finding a first opportunity in Jordan today means chasing posts across social media, sending CVs that never get an answer, and not knowing where an application stands.

Khutwa puts it in one trusted place. Organisations and listings are checked before they go live. You see how well you match before you apply. And you get an update at every step, with feedback when the answer is no.

One platform for everyone a first step depends on

Students and graduates

  • A profile that fills itself from your CV, with your approval
  • Recommendations ranked by how well you fit
  • Every application and its status in one place

Companies

  • Reach the students who fit your internships and programmes
  • Review each applicant's CV, match score and documents together
  • Shortlist, interview and decide, and keep candidates informed

Universities

  • Confirm your students and endorse their applications when a programme asks for it
  • Reserve seats in programmes for your students
  • Follow how your students are progressing

How it works for students

  1. 1

    Build your profile

Upload your CV. Khutwa reads it and suggests what to add to your profile. Nothing changes until you choose.

  2. 2

    Find what fits

Browse verified opportunities, each with a match score based on your major and skills.

  3. 3

    Apply once

Add your documents and answers in one go. If your university needs to endorse the application, Khutwa sends it to them.

  4. 4

    Follow every step

See each status change as it happens, and read the company's or university's feedback when they leave it.
